For those who feel called to take a more active role in shaping the community, we offer the opportunity to join the OTP COMMUNITY TEAM. A dedicated group of organizers and volunteers who help make a positive impact in people's lives and bring the OTP vision to life—planning and hosting events, cultivating meaningful relationships, and creating spaces where others can thrive. With members located across different states and cities, the OTP Community Team is the engine that drives impact, inspires growth, and spreads the OTP lifestyle far and wide.
