The BIG EVENT: Annual Party & Potluck Dinner

Join us for the annual Mountain Summit Challenge Annual Party & Potluck Dinner, a special evening dedicated to celebrating the MSC community and everything it represents.

This event brings together hikers, climbers, and mountaineers from across the Mountain Summit Challenge community for one unforgettable night. All past, present, and future MSC participants are warmly invited. You do not need to be actively participating in the challenge to attend.

All are welcome to join this event even if you are just curious to see what the Mountain Summit Challenge is about and meet people in the community.

Ocean To Peak Adventures has booked a large private venue at CrossFit 916, giving us plenty of room to gather, celebrate, and connect. The space features a powerful sound system, a restroom, heaters, and ample room for the entire community.

WHAT’S HAPPENING

This is a full evening of connection and celebration, including:

• Meet & Greet with past, current, and future MSC hikers and climbers

• Awards Reception honoring 2025 Mountain Summit Challenge challengers

• Community Potluck Dinner

GUESTS

Members may bring up to five (5) friends or family members.

Please comment in the event discussion with the total number attending with you so we can plan accordingly.

EVENT TIME

4:00 PM – Evening

Please arrive early to allow time for parking and settling in.

MSC 2026 PACKETS

MSC 2026 packets will be available at the event.

Please register in advance so we can prepare your packet ahead of time.

WHAT TO BRING

Your own folding chair (the venue is large, and seating is not provided)

A jacket or warm layers (heaters will be on, but it can be cool inside)

POTLUCK DETAILS

This is a community potluck—everyone is welcome to bring food, beverages, utensils, or related items.

DRESS ATTIRE

Dress up if you’d like or come casual—whatever feels right for you.
