OTP Basecamp: Airbnbs and Hotels

Everyone will be staying in Airbnbs or hotels on this trip.

You will have an opportunity to connect with other attendees in the private group message thread for sharing cars and houses. You can also get yours on your own without the group.

Level of Activities

HIKING:

Intermediate and Beginner Level.

We will be hiking on maintained trails. The group will stay together and take breaks at alluring locations. Some of the trails are easy and open to all hikers. Some trails are more intermediate. If you are a fast hiker and want to get ahead then that's okay. If you are a slow hiker and want to do your own thing then it's okay as well. Attendees can choose to hike whatever distance they like and it's okay to head back to the parking lot before the group finishes. The scenery throughout the trip will be incredible regardless of how far you hike.

HOT SPRINGS:

The hot springs is a private and professional establishment with changing rooms, a dock, lights, benches, and a check-in desk. The hot springs pool is 65 feet deep and the water temp will be 90 - 96 degrees. We will be floating with life jackets on so everyone can have a wonderful time. We will have 40 mins to float and soak.

DRIVING:

We will be driving in Salt Lake City for sightseeing, restaurants, the haunted house, and the state capitol building. These roads are easy to drive. We will also be driving on mountain highways that are scenic and at times windy.

NIGHTMARE ON 13TH HAUNTED HOUSE

We will be experiencing one of the largest and longest-running haunted attractions in the United States. This haunted house/warehouse is a 36,000 square-foot castle-looking haunted attraction and is considered one of the best and scariest in the country. It takes 45 mins - 1 hour to walk through.

The haunted house is optional and if this isn't your thing then feel free to skip it.
